Exhibits from COE 2009 COE 09 was officially opened on Saturday, 5th September by Cllr. Gerard Mannix Flynn. The prize fund was awarded by the adjudicator Tom Morton as follows: Joint First Prize Winners - Laurence Kavanagh (London) for his installation Volta and David O'Kane (Donegal) for his video Palabras . The winner of the Emerging Artist Award was Lisa Fingleton (Kerry) for her video installation Outside I'm Singing.  (from left to right) Cllr.
