COE 2008 in now closed.
COE 08 was officially opened on Saturday, 6th September by Beverley Flynn TD.
The prize fund was awarded by the adjudicator Lizzie Carey Thomas as follows:
Joint First Prize Winners - Michael Fortune (Wexford) for his videos Bingo and Terminal Communications and Vukasin Nedeljkovic (Mayo) for his video Asylum Seekers.
The winner of the Emerging Artist Award was Elizabeth Cleary (Dublin) for her video Archive EC.
The COE office will be located in Dalton Street for the duration of the exhibition.
